Well, according to Five Live, he and the Chelsea coaches are refusing to speak to the media. Not that I give a ****. Chelsea's regression is enough amusement!
Tim sherwood has been sacked! Surprised by that, and while I don't think he's a great manager, and he has no tactics but considering the time they gave lambert, the state of the club and the improvements they made last season, you'd think they'd give him more time...
Also be interesting to see mourinhos reaction when, on top of losing again, he gets fined for not giving a post match interview and the club get fined/repremanded for ill discipline after they got so many players booked and the coach and manager sent to the stands.
Tim is a bit dim but ludicrous sacking regardless. Villa could use a good relegation, but they squirm out of it every single season.
I agree but if it means they get someone like Brendan Rodgers, for example, then it would be worth it as he is a better manager than Sherwood.
They should have been a bit quicker and perhaps they could have got Fat Sam. Not a pretty manager by any stretch of the imagination but he's great at taking teams and stabilizing them, moving them into safe ground.
That would be a major step down from Rogers - go from managing a side that not so long ago finished a close second with one of the best strike partnerships in the league, who has had a big transfer budget and cl aspirations to a chaotic, directionless team continually fighting off relegation with an owner who wants to sell and little budget.
My god this derby is poor - no one is supporting the strikers, leaving them isolated in attack (though with Man U whenever they attack, Rooney tends to be in the centre circle behind 5 players!) Shockingly poor game, but I suppose Van gaals master tactics must be working. Ohh and long ball Fellani is on...
Good news: this is the best possible result for Arsenal Bad news: we are all now 2 hours closer to death, and we'll never get that time back
And the winner is Arsenal. I stopped watching at the end of the first half, and judging by the looks of things, the game continued to be ****. Manunited just don't have that world class quality to get it done in the big games, they just have good players Martial etc, and then average has beens like Rooney. They need a quality world class player like Sanchez, or an Ozil to find that killer pass, or a Cazorla to make the game tick.
