Bale plays like he knows his country needs him. He knows he's the best chance of them doing anything of note and is willing to give it all for his country. Fair play to him. I really respect that. Same as Alexis. While you get players like Stephen Ireland, Nasri or Mikel for example who think they are the dog's bollocks, when in reality they are average at best. International football is where you see the real warriors at. The true worldies gave their all for the countries.

As for Maureen, another incident? He continues to go into meltdown mode and it's only a matter of time when he checked out of Chelsea. Hopefully Chelsea can continue go from bad to worse so we can nip in for a player or two.
I said since August that Maureen will be gone at the end of the season. I was wrong, I'll be shocked if he makes it to Christmas.
I have to say I didn't see this coming. I don't know what's happening with him and Chelsea. They have a very good team and it's not like the Premiership has one outstanding team, all the top teams are making mistakes and look vulnerable at times. I can only imagine that something has happened behind the scenes.
It's very disturbing to know that a company is actually making nazi dolls at all, let alone making them life like and with lots of details. To then base them on an actual person, using his name and everything is disgusting
I guess it's different coming from China, as they don't have the same level of disgust when it comes to all things Nazi. But it does show a level of exaggerated naivety that they would produce such a thing.
It looks like he operates in such a way of making examples of people, causing controversy and picking on people to drive players on, that he has finally gone to far - all his stalwarts have been affected - Cech has gone, terry, fabergas, ivanovich have all been slagged off. Costa is always getting sent off and putting his team under pressure, but gets no criticism off Jose, while even youngsters like loftus-cheek get criticised for being lazy. It looks like this behaviour has poisoned the atmosphere and moral in the club.
This could well be contributing to their sketchy form. But Maureen himself looks unhappy and I wonder if things aren't go well for him behind the scenes, like getting the players he wanted...
I think the whole situation with the hot doctor disrupted the dressing room. She was very much a part of the squad, he refused to acknowledge that he was wrong with the Hazard situation and then she was put in a position where she was forced to leave because he undermined her publicly. How are the players meant to just accept that?
