It gets better... Another poster is now saying that Lovren is a better centre half than Hummels.

Lovren is a very good player (though a tw*t) but Hummels is playing right at the very top level at the minute and there's no comparison.

Er, unless said comparison was "Lovren isn't as good as Hummels".

I'd happily have a player of Lovren's ability at Arsenal. Unfortunately he looks like he's a bit of a disruptive person so I don't want him anywhere near us. With an attitude like his he can only really move to Liverpool or Chelsea.

Bojan Krkic: Stoke sign Barcelona forward on four-year deal

Stoke City have signed forward Bojan Krkic from Barcelona on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Bojan, 23, made his debut for Barcelona as a 16-year-old but spent last season on loan at Ajax, scoring four times in 24 appearances for the Dutch club.
Stoke boss Mark Hughes said: "Anyone who knows European football will be aware of him as a player and the fact that he sees his future at Stoke City is really exciting."
Bojan won one cap for Spain in 2008.

He has not played for Barcelona since re-signing in 2013 after two years at Roma and has also been on loan at Milan.
Hughes added: "He's desperate to prove himself in the Premier League and we're pleased to be able to offer him that platform."
Bojan was the all-time highest scorer in the Barca youth system, scoring more than 400 goals at La Masia. He went on to score 26 goals for the first team between 2007 and 2011.

Wasn't he suppose to be top quality? Going from Barca to Stoke is a little drop....

He was probably told that Mark Hughes was an ex Barcelona player and figured that the style of football would suit him........

I forgot that Hughes played for Barcelona for a while. Good God, the lad is going to be in for a shock when he arrives in Stoke.

He arrived in Stoke 2 weeks ago and passed his medical. Oh, and signed. You also forgot that Hughes played for Barcelona. Do keep up and keep taking the p**s we wouldn't expect anything less from Gunners.

You wouldn't want the Mid Staffs NHS trust looking after the lad with their track record after his ordeal. Probably safer to stuff him full of Oakcakes and hope that he thinks Mark Hughes will bring Tika Taka to the Potteries <laugh>

36, but still banging them in.
Dont expect him to win the golden boot or anything, but if he can contribute as much as Eto'o did for us last season then I will be happy.
