I'm quite sure of it, at Munich they couldn't do it, at the Emirates we were on top. Even with 10 men we looked fairly comfortable with Munich's boring going nowhere passing, both their goals were very defendable, especially the second one when we shot ourselves in the foot and went gung-ho with Kos going all the way up.

 

They didn't have to do it in Munich

 

And if we got to face Madrid we would been pumped. Imagine Arteta trying to stop Ronaldo and co on the break. Good god.

Even if they have to go for it, they suck, their forward play is so predictable, there's nothing special about it all, no special passing, no special movement, no pace.

 

Nah, Madrid would have annihilated us, , Munich no, but Madrid yes, it would've been very very ugly. Our play is more poor and predictable than Munich, AND slower, and look what Madrid are doing to them, now put us there.

 

I do, we would have got destroyed. We are Bayern/Barca lite and look at what Madrid are doing to Bayern. Need to change our approach. Need more pace for a start.

 

I think Barca still have a mighty fine attack, it's just that their defending sucks.

 

And there's the typical usual Kroos 25 yard shot, haven't we seen that before, so predictable.

 

Not sure. Messi despite the goals is not as good as he was in season's gone, does not run as much for a start. Neymar has been hit and miss this season, Xavi is past it and Fabregas always has the fans on his back.
