I actually think moyes would do a good job at spurs. The players won't all be so egotistical that they think they are too good for the manager like at utd. And he is used to managing at that level and achieving fairly consistent results. I think they could do a lot worse. Like sticking with nice but dim.
That sounds like what people were writing about AVB. The issue with Moyes is that he doesn't seem to want to play expansive football. We can handle defeats (we have to) but dull negative football will not go down well at the Lane.
You might not have much of a choice. Louis Van Gaal is much more likely to sign for Utd and I don't see Spurs having the luxury of turning down Moyes, unless you want to stick with Nice but Dim? Plus Levy has unrealistic expectations of his managers and is a bit deluded about Spurs' standing in the premier league, so the Spurs job has become a bit of a poisoned chalice. Also I doubt that Levy is going to hand any new manager another hundred million to spunk up the wall, especially as you want to finance a new stadium. Knowing this Moyes might not want to join anyway.
its your sh1te team that is where it belongs . again i would like to thank you for my hilarious sig .
Everton away to Southampton tomorrow, any chance of them dropping some points? I personally can't see it, because the Saints have nothing to play for and after losing Jay Rodriguez they seemed to have lost a cutting edge in their attacks. Sadly, the race for the top four, will probably go down to the last two games.
Well, hopefully we wont need them to drop any points. I'm still hoping if we win from here in, City or Chelsea will collapse and we might nick 3rd, but then I'm an eternal optimist.
I'd love 2nd. But with our GD Chelsea only need 4 points from 3 games, and City only need 5 points from 4. Really can't see either not reaching the total. Chelsea have two doss games after Liverpool. City have two piss easy home games.
