I don't know why everyone is getting so happy. We're still going to bottle it against United like we always do. van Persie is guaranteed a goal.
And Arsenal will go in full of confidence? Both teams need a response, who is to say who will be the most determined?
No, we'll go in with a proper wake up call. Where we've had one really poor game, United have been consistently terrible. I know which I would rather be. The lads will be rearing to go to try and rectify the mistakes of yesterday. I hope we do.
This season, we have shown our ability to bounce back from set backs, so we have a reason to be confident regarding our response to it. United on the other hand......
cant see it as they seem to get a regular dose of top bastard luck when they play us . Like at their gaff and one fucking set piece sh1tty goal .
Our record immediately after losses is pretty damn good. In the Prem we've always managed to string a good unbeaten run after a loss. I expect the same here.
Tight at the top of the Premiership too but that is damn tight. But the Prem is still the best and most competitive for me. We have Liverpool who could gatecrash the top 3 and a hand full of strong teams just outside the top 4.
I think we are in for a torrid time against Manure (I really hope I am wrong though!), the reason I say that is because of the manner of our defeat and the manner of Manure's draw. I have seen us play numerous time this season, we have won many games without being convincing, Manure conceded both goals against the run of play, whilst we were not at the races, to put it mildly we were spanked. I doubt if any of our players covered themselves in glory. I really do not know how we can raise ourselves so soon after such a shambolic performance. I think Manure have been largely unlucky this season, they have lost games they should have won. Maybe all the good fortune, they had under Fergie has come back to haunt them.
I think that's a bit ott, they have genuinely been poor defensively all season. Our attacking play at OT was pathetic and I'm also worried we might see that again
