Keepers are always over protected, but to be honest that was probably the right decision. Soldildo made no attempt to play the ball, he just tried to take the keeper out.
No way. They are going to rape that Liverpool defence. It's the weakest part of their team and City are too good.
Only if we take advantage, I want 6 points from West Ham-Newcastle, heck I want 9 points from West Ham-Newcastle-Cardiff. I know Newcastle have been doing good of late, but they're not invincible, even if we're playing them away, that's a game we should be winning.
But as we showed VS City, they're defence is not solid, and with Suarez in the team, you can see him scoring against them.
Watching Sky sports, that is a very Liverpool biased set of pundits. Gerrard, Carragher and Souness Still everything they are saying is spot on, Spurs are being torn a new one.
We did it in 2008, Chelsea have done it, United have done it etc, it's good, but it's not the end of the world type good and something so fantastic, most top teams do usually achieve that feat. Now what would be impressive, is if City won every home game.
Easily. I think from the top teams, only Chelsea and Liverpool have to go there, they trashed all the big teams.
The good thing to that is it means City still have to go to all the big teams to play, so far they've only played at Chelsea. We also have big away games to come, but getting United and City out of the way is a big bonus. I personally think it's much harder to get something at Old Trafford and City than Anfield and the Bridge, although our record at the Bridge isn't fantastic, in the last 2 seasons we've looked good there, we were unlucky to have lost there last season.
Good win for Liverpool, but with City and Chelsea still to come, I'd expect them to drop 4 and possibly 6 points, but I wouldn't even mind if they beat either City or Chelsea.
