    This transfer window has been farcical to say the least, Spurs, a club smaller in size and finances, has outdone us so comprehensively that its embarrassing.

    Only cause Madrid have probably lost their minds. Big rumour is that Bale goes for £93m + Coentrao. Not a single Spurs fan will mind. Effectively, Coentrao, Lamela, Willian and 30/40m for Bale. Who's the one man team now?

    Very true. The least that is expected from him is to get Champions league and finish above us. We have one of the worst squads for quite some time and they are probably at their most strongest.

    If Spurs get Willian and Lamela, then they would have a chance to compete for the title, IMO. Spurs have truly turned the table on us in the transfer window. Remind me, which club has the 60,000 seater stadium and CL football?
