With how unpredictable Citeh are, i still think we could finish 2nd. They have an easy run in, but proved today that they have mental issues, they don't consistently turn up. 2nd place would give us more money too if i remember correctly.
Arsenal play united who want chelseas points total record, wigan fighting relegation, qpr who now they are down might play as the pressure is off and toon who be in deep **** come the final day. Chelsea have man utd, everton, us and 2 other matches....plus a euro semi final We have chelsea, wigan, southampton (Playing for a place next season with the manager and free from pressure) stoke...still not safe and sunderland....playing for their place under a new manager and free of pressure.... Luck, nerve and injuries will decide this cos I think all run ins are difficult in their own way
QPR are **** with the pressure on or off. Their mercenaries looked liked they could not give a **** when they were trying to fight relegation, so imagine their attitude when they have nothing to play for?
I do feel sorry for QPR though, 'Arry clearly hasn't given a **** about the job, i think he's waiting for his nice severance package. Actually, no, i don't feel sorry for QPR. Their fans were talking themselves up as the next Citeh, so this collapse and disaster is seriously funny as ****
On the flipside you could say we play a Utd side who (probably) have just won the title and their players subconsciously take their foot off the brake after they dropped points against WHU and can't beat Chelsea's points record. We play Wigan a few days after their cup final which could leave them physically and emotionally drained and we play QPR and Newcastle who have nothing to play for. You can spin it either way really.
Think we maybe have a better chance of catching Chelsea than spuds now. I can see totteneringhom drawing at Stamford Bridge and winning the rest. Its not just about the Utd game for us, Newcastle away will be tough
Money do not lie. Today's betting odds for Top 4 finish Chelsea 3/10 1/3 2/7 1/3 1/4 1/4 2/7 Arsenal 3/10 1/3 4/11 4/11 1/3 2/7 2/7 Spurs 10/11 8/11 5/6 8/11 4/5 10/11 10/11
Judas **** scored twice already. Second one was a brilliant volley pretty similar to the Everton one last season. A bit worrying for us on Sunday.
Van Persie's won the league on his own. The way the sky commentators are talking about him, you'd think this was his best season ever, not last season.
Agreed....that was kind of the point I was cack handedly trying to make....all of our games are impossible to forcast....next to no one saw us beating man city....or losing to fulham. All I know is that I hope it aint us crying all summer .... again
