I definitely wouldn't say Liverpool are a shoe-in but your performance thus far does open the door for them and Spurs. Even Palace, Everton and one or two others will fancy their chances but I still expect you'll get fourth at least.

Liverpool squad isn't that bad. To me they have the fourth best squad of the league (City, Us & Goons) & a top manager albeit unproven in this part.
They can make a run regardless of where we are.

If he can get that defence keeping clean sheets then he is the messiah. Mignolet and Lovren should be nowhere near the Champions' League.

Spurs and Chelsea to ground share Wembley in 2017? Thoughts?

Would save both some money. Rivals in many countries / sports share ground.
    Nothing new there.

And here Spuds are not even our rivals <whistle>

That's right. Aston Villa are your rivals at the moment, not us.

No Silva, No Kun, No Kompany - No Problem.
KDB - one man army pulls City out of the mire, yet again.
What a stupid decision - it is same as, if not worse than Pogba.

I have a bad feeling that KDB will actually go and over take Eden's last season's efforts.

He had a very good season last year and looks to be just as good now, as you said earlier he is one of those mistakes that managers sometimes make.

Apologies in advance to those who don't like me posting here.

Was there much Chelsea could do about De Bruyne leaving? At the time he was a sub at best and, fair play to him, wanted to play every week. I doubt anyone expected he'd reach the level he's at now, let alone where it looks like he'll be in a year or two.

Pogba being let go was far more avoidable as far as I can see and they didn't even get a fee.

I wouldn't agree. Pogba was not first team player when he left on free. That makes sense, no one knew his capability.

However, KDB was integrated into our first team in the pre season tour and he was supposed to start for us in the first team.

May be Jose's comments are extra motivation for KDB now.

Both involve hindsight though. De Bruyne had potential but wasn't until he went to Wolfs that he proved it. Ultimately we made profit on the lad despite him only playing a handful of games. Pogba is worth more than De Bruyne and went for nothing.

    I know who I'd rather be...hint...it's us :)

unfortunately I would rather not us.

KDB is going to single handedly win City few titles at our expense. Pogba not.
KDB is playing like a man possessed and out to prove Jose wrong.
Small profit we made will be nothing when he delivers titles to City.

The usual hyperbole from you Stan. City have a very good squad and KDB is not going to single handedly win anything. If they hadn't of spent 60 odd million on him, they would have found another top class player to buy. You can't stop City winning titles every other year when they spend 150 million every summer.

We are no longer in that league of spending hence why we have sold fringe players for big profits and bought in first team replacements.

The money we got for KDB helped finance Matic who had just as a big an influence on our title win last year as KDB is having this year. Don't remember you crying over KDB then....

I've got to say that the times I saw KDB play for us I wasn't that impressed. Nobody knew how good he was going to be. Hindsight I suppose. Matic made a massive difference and helped deliver the title.
