Grass isn't always greener, chavs, should have stuck with Rafa (but I'm glad they didn't, he deserved better and found it)

  2. I'd love it. Would be the equivalent of the Torres move too so it would give them some of their own medicine. However, it won't happen.

He's not going to stay for long if it continues like this, surely? He's by far their best player but can't buy a game. If we're at least there abouts with the top 4 contenders, he's worth looking at at this rate.

  4. Worth a look, yes. However, he will get the pick of a few clubs IMO. There will be better sides than us wanting him. Plus, if Mourinho stops Arsenal from getting Ba because he thinks he would make them title challenges, what makes you think he will let us have an attacking quartet of Suarez, Studge, Coutinho and Mata...?

I really don't understand the decision making at Chelsea.
They under-use Sturridge then sell him to a rival and he's popping them in all over the place, and they loan out Lukaku two seasons on the trot. So they let go of two really gifted and promising young strikers and persevere with a misfiring, superannuated front line. It was understandable when they had Drogba, who was a beast and no-one was going to get in ahead of him, but now?
And now they seem to have alienated one of the best players in the PL in Mata, they seem to be shooting themselves in the foot.
I don't understand it- but long may it continue.

  6. Mourinho brought in his forward in Eto'o

PS...I agree though, Lakuku should be first choice.

I know, but he's included in the "misfiring, superannuated front line" for me.
I didn't see the game tonight- was he any good?
He may put in a shift this season, we can't say, it's just that I find their policy with some of their younger potential a bit of a mystery.

At this rate, I can't see Maureen lasting too long, given Roman's notorious impatience with his managers.

But then we'll get 6 years of Chavski tears after he gets sacked whilst they fail to support anyone not Mourinho until he comes back to underachieve....

Time to bring out the magic plastic flags <diva>

Not often I visit other boards but I have to say I enjoyed the "Is Stamford Bridge the toughest place in Europe to play at?" and "Time to get Rafa back?" threads this morning <laugh>
