Except D everyone has and expects the HD, 3D sky slow mo now.

Whether we like it or not, the only way to combat it is the video appeal. We just have to make sure it doesn't leave an excuse for 50 stops and ads per game.

1 flag appeal a half for each manager, you keep your challenge if you're right, lose it if you're wrong and if it's inconclusive over 5 cameras back to ref final call.

You'd Still get a penalty today as the defender did try to pull welbeck back which is a foul....the defender doesn't have to succeed for it to be a foul...just remember that next time you see Suarez flap like a seagull......Did he, despite histrionics get hit......

Sounds like a great idea to me, a bit like the challenge in cricket (not that i pay much attention to cricket).
I don`t care much if getting it right takes a little time, i have always thought we are short changed with football, we pay for 90 mins and get on average 60-65 mins actual play. The Americans have it right in this respect, i don`t follow their sport but like the idea that all stoppages are timed and at the end of the game you have watched the amount of action you payed for.

I saw a certain poster....we will not name him....saying they could get whatever manager they pointed at because United were the biggest club in the world....now, I put that down to the exuberance of getting rid of Moyes....so I held off pointing out that the top 4 coaches in the world aren't interested (3 declaring so) ....

Just to put "deluded" into perspective.......

Me then. And I would be right. How often to managers admit while under contract they want a different job?

How long have you been a football fan frank? All this seems new and quite surprising to you. Are you shocked yhat the managers have said they are not moving while contractually obliged to do so?

Tell you who hasnt ruled themselves out though. Your guy rodgers. Does that mean he wants it based on your logic of him not ruling himself out?

Any manager on earth would love the job. Its one of those elite jobs alongside a Madrid, Barcelona or bayern manager. Its deluded to think otherwise really.

Weve already got our guy though.

Sorry astro but not yet. He will work under van gaal and probably go elsewhere first to gain experience.

    One day though, who knows.

I would rather have van gaal.

Your comment is hilarious though, considering the clubs Ancelotti has managed. Nice try gramps.

Just wondering if the reason you think this about him is anything to do with him continually talking shyte and then continuing to argue the toss even when his points are torn apart?

Bloody hell, I count at least 4 articles on Giggs in the last 24hours! Of all of them, this one's perhaps the most cringe worthy http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27173650

How they're 'united again', playing the 'united way' under a 'managerial natural'. Jesus.
