Let's not go cheering anyone else on. Let's just cheer us on to win our remaining games and the actions of others is academic.

    cheer one city = Liverpool

we want both clubs in Europe and doing well <ok>

although both managers are novices as far as that is concerned, but as they both play the game the right way hopefully will do well and get far.

Chances are that even apart from our game against chavs, one of the three teams will drop points that nobody "expected". The games against palace being a big chance. We need to hope city and chavs drop points at every occasion as anything else will just send you mad with its and buts.

We are all pinning our hopes on our blue brothers (for now) taking points off city but by the time that game comes around Everton could be out of the race for fourth as they have a very difficult set of games to finish.

Look anything can happen so Norwich is all that's important and Gerrard has to eat the bollocks off anyone who's not up enough after 10 mins

Anything can include a ref pulling a red card after 30 seconds or conceding 2 per villa game or even Suarez on a stretcher

But..... It's vital to react to it positively

Eg 10 men should still beat Norwich, we threw in 3 v Cardiff and win 6-3 and as for Suarez on a stretcher? Are "friends" will say he's faking anyway won't they?

First city play tonight if they draw or better lose by some bizarre alignment of the planets, well they will be out of it, they are a massive 7 back with 2 games in hand so need to win.

Then if we beat Norwich and Sunderland again somehow freakishly draw with Chelsea ( anyone actually see that lot v Swansea) suddenly we will be 4 point up and 7 if we beat them!!!!

There is a case to say we could go to palace needing a result to win the thing!!

So let's be positive here... This is great stuff and it's been a long time, I'm not nervous nor cocky either, whatever happens.... I won't be devastated but it will have enjoyed every single minute

Kroos has announced he doesn't want to play for Man Utd <laugh>

Yet another player just using Man Utd's #desperate need to rebuild to negotiate a new contract <ok>

Pretty soon clubs will stop falling for it and call the player's bluff... "oh really, go play for Moyes then" *room erupts in laughter*

I think the interest from United in Dante was real though.

    it is his agent talking.

    in short my opinion is;

1 press completely made up the 260k per week wage

    2. the player wants big wage at bayern, this is obvious.

    3. the germans in general like free transfers and i feel the agent and kroos feel theres a huge pay day in the offing at end of nex season and are in no rush to take the utd shilling when theres more to be had

i'll reserve judgement of whether he wants to join utd or not until actual bids are made.

the stupidity of papers saying utd chief executive stayed in bayern after cl tie to negotiate is so just... wow how thick. its april... if you were talking its by phone.. not that way...

Big rumours that Shaw will be going there. If utd shell out £25m+ on him, at least they will be limited on what they spend on other players. I really think they will go with Jones and Smalling as their centre backs next season, which will be great for the rest of the league.

Odds are, more than one of the three teams will drop unexpected points. It wouldn't surprise me if all three contenders dropped points they are not supposed to before season's end.

They made a massive mistake giving in to Rooney's wage demands, any top player they try to sign will want parity or as close as to Rooney's salary and the Glazers aren't renowned for splashing the cash considering how much their club generates.

Shaw would obviously not fall into the top player category yet and his wage demand would keep the Glazers happy, but the lads reportedly a Chelsea fan and as we all know they can pay more than Utd and gazump them.

****ing hell it no wonder his nose is so red.

He's been retired the best part of a year or so, he's probably getting under his wife's feet a bit too much - so Sir Alex Ferguson has made himself useful and had a clear out of the cellar.
Along with a few old bikes, a damaged strimmer, some fold-up chairs for the garden and his train set, Sir Alex has decided to part with some of his wine collection.
You know how it is, you've got a few bottles of red from the petrol station knocking about, maybe a half-open bottle of Lambrini from New Year's Eve, it soon adds up.
Well, part of the wine collection amassed by Sir Alex Ferguson during his Manchester United reign could fetch more than £3m.
    Part of his collection

    £3m worth of wine.<yikes>

No, the biggest danger United have is committing too many players on long term contracts at mega-high wages.

If they get back in the CL- fine. If they don't - they're stuck paying Rooney £1¼ million every month. No CL will dwindle revenues. Lack of success will dwindle revenues quickly.

The last thing they want is to be the next Leeds.

    £3m in wine?

For me- that would be the equivalent of almost 1 million bottles. Where the hell would I store 1 million bottles of wine.

i think we over estimate the money from cl... at 300k per week or 15.6mil you only need two big wages to negative the cl money.... utd are betting on other revenue with these deals
