So this means that Hull or Sheff U are pretty much guaranteed European football next season. Arse are likely to qualify for Europe through the league, even if its not CL they are almost certain to get EL, meaning the runner up will get EL.

So congrats to Hull and Sheff U cause European football for either of those clubs will be massive.

Celebrating like they've won the CL or similar, really hard to not get quite angry watching it.

Bayern lost 3-0 at home to Dortmund today.

Lost back to back games for first time this season.

Have fallen 1-0 down in their last 5 games for the first time since 2001!

Not good prep considering they have the CL still to play for. Not even like they were resting players either.

Think the CL is Madrid's for the taking really.

Especially when it could have been us had Coward Webb not refused the pen for the assault on Suarez <doh>

Guess we'll just have to make do with the league instead.

Well, any momentum they did have in ousting Wenger is now well and truly crushed. Limping past a Championship side just hanging onto a playoff spot.. in an FA Cup Semi final.. on penalties. Whatever, congrats to them I guess.

Everything that needed to be said about Arsenal was said by Paul Scholes. That closes the Arsenal chapter, in my honest and humble opinion.

    Nope.

They'll only get a place if Arsenal qualify for the CL, if they don't then there'll be an extra place in the EL for the PL if Arsenal win the cup

Rofl getting angry at a team celebrating making a final after a penalty shoot out. I'm quite happy for them to enjoy themselves as long as they win the final!

To be fair Wigan are the current holders of the cup after beating city in last years final and then knocked city out again on the way to this semi final. They may be a championship team but they arent pushovers.

Might not have been the most convincing win but were into the final!

  17. A team like Arsenal shouldn't be celebrating like that having won a semi, especially against a lower league side. It should be expected and normal. I guess thats what happens when its a tough game that takes a shootout after failing to win anything for eight seasons.

Everyone has had a good laugh at arsenal recently :p

Don't see the problem with finding it amusing that it makes someone "angry" to see a team celebrating getting to the final.

Given it ended up going to penalties and puts us into the first final several of these players have been in for arsenal and that flappy is likely off at the end of the season, I can see why they got over excited. Don't mind it tbh as long as they turn up and win the final :)
