Fellaini handballs it 3 yards inside the box... ref totally bottles it and gives a free kick, 2 yards outside

 

That's quite clearly inside the box...

 

I don't understand how can ge tit so wrong. He was jumping forward, and even when he landed was stilla yard inside the box! Ref bottled it, and linesman didn't help him much either.

Should have been a yellow card as well, which would have been a red for Fellaini and would have meant got an extra 1 game ban on his 2 games he'll miss for his 10th yellow.

Jelavic makes it 2-0 in the last minute. Very lucky for Everton, should have been a penalty and another red leading to City probably making it 1-1 and then pressing for a winner against 9 men... instead Everton snatch a 2nd.

Good result for Everton but I suspect Mancini will be fuming about the penalty that wasn't given. Haven't seen most of the game so I can't comment on the whole game but from what i've read, City haven't been good enough.

Massive result for Everton after the Wigan result last weekend. That result moves us down to 7th.

Commentator on TalkSport just said: "The title is going to Manchester but after this result it is even less likely to go to City".

Now, I obviously agree that the title is indeed going to Manchester, that much is obvious. But if the commentator is going to give Man City any degree of chance when commenting, doesn't he have to include Tottenham too?

Why? Spurs are 5 points behind City and 17 behind United. If you're going to include Spurs then you have to include Chelsea who are 2 points behind Spurs but have a game in hand...

In that case might as well still include us, we can get 72 points, United on 71. It's still within touching distance!

 

That sill would have only made it 1-0... Everton went 1-0 up anyway so doesn't make much impact from that point of view. Fact that it should have been penalty in the 89th minute and a probably second yellow is a bit lucky if you ask me

You missed my point. If he is going to include Man City then he may as well include QPR, Reading and Norwich! Ie, it's not going to happen!

 

Never say never! And technically QPR, Reading & Norwich can't win it unless a hell of a lot of teams get a points deduction

This is true. like I said, 9 wins from 9 and a bit of luck (United losing all their games) and we could pip United to the title by 1 point Or let them draw a game and win it on goal difference again

We were the better side & played for 30 mins with 10 men. We had a goal incorrectly disallowed & should have had a penalty ourselves, we thoroughly deserved the 3 points you bitter red.
