**** happens, not one of the victims thought, that on leaving home to watch a football match that day, that it would end in such a tragic way. Same goes for all unfortunate souls that have their lives curtailed by events that were beyond their control. Let's try and put a perspective on this. People die in many ways, most are preventable, some are not. The point of conjecture is. Who was to blame, or caused the deaths, if anyone. I don't think the OP really understand's what it is like to lose a loved one in a preventable way. Sorry EC but you are out of order here.
