It was the Allams that finished him mate. He roared us on all the way up the leagues, but Harry knew once the Allams were in charge, we were ****ed. His dying words were "Bring back consessions for cats" ALLAMS OUT! And then he was gone.

Managed them on their early Hamburg trips. Not many recordings exist from that era, certainly not of Lennon & McCartney compositions, but this one from the Live At The Star Club in Hamburg album, is a fitting tribute, I feel. No Hamburg - no Beatles (style, live performance, life experience and so on). No Allan Williams - No Hamburg. No Beatles - Doesn't bare thinking about. RIP.
