Not one of my favourite artists I admit (by that I mean I wasn’t inspired enough to buy any of his records - although I have ‘inherited’ Bat out of Hell!), but a very good entertainer and an icon in his own right.
Apparently he died of Covid.
RIP

Touch of scaremongering there?? He had many health issues for years...plus very few die of Covid..

Like you not one of my favourites, but I appreciate he was a very good entertainer & was very popular, I believe bat out of hell was one of the best selling albums ever.

A good entertainer but I never really liked his music or style. I always found it too theatrical with overly long songs which were more film soundtrack or stage show for me, which was largely down to Jim Steinman.

RIP Mr Meat <rose>
