Our life president has passed away. I remember seeing him in the directors box every game long before he was made life president. God rest his soul!

Once met him at heathrow and did the old if your'e going on holiday can i have your cup final tickets .He laughed and said no chance ,luckily for me.Itwas when Utd got the two pens and hammered us

Condolences to his family and friends and to Chelsea FC and their supporters for the loss. Anybody who can wax lyrical upon how good watching his team actually makes him feel truly gets what football is all about.

Such a shame, great man. Do you think there will be some sort of remembrance at the next home game?

The boys are wearing black armbands at Everton on Saturday. I would think it very unlikely, if there wasn't some kind, of recognition at SB.
