One of the most under rated players at Spurs, done well at Newport and Orient.

Will be sadly missed.

A very sad loss.

Met him at a Chamber of Commerce event in Newport where I won the raffle for 2 tickets to a County home game. He was told I was a City fan and we had some good, friendly banter.

As I'm also a Spurs fan I have never forgiven Robbie "Lily" Savage for getting him sent off in a Carling Cup final a few years ago.

He did a great job in the resurrection and development of Newport and had done a similar feat at Orient.

A big loss to his family and football.
