I can see you're very diplomatic which is good. However, we have to start clamping down on this kind of behaviour. The country is all about helping and rehabilitating criminals and look how that has panned out. These people do not respect or fear the law which is why they continue to do things like this. You have the PC brigade which prevents teachers or even parents from discplining their children so even at a young age they do what they want. Prisons need to be looked at - they are far too nice to be considered a place worthy enough for criminals. Get rid of all the TV's, games consoles etc. Make them rough! Make them hate prison so bad that they never want to go back there! Give them something to fear.
Yeah i agree with the prisons not being tough enough. I've worked in a few prisons and not one show's any kind of real punishment. The problem is human right movements have made it impossible for prisons to inflict any kind of punishment - it just can't be done anymore, and that will not change now it's been enforced.

Yeah it's shocking to be honest. Some of the confidential stuff that for obvious reasons i can't discuss would seriously shock you. Lets just put it this way - certain prisoners get treated like royalty. Honestly some things i witness on a daily basis are shocking, and very embarrassing to be honest.

Exactly Strange people wondering around ticking sheets on a clipboard and talking to prisoners is a very common sight in prisons these days. You can't even restrain a prisoner without filling in pages and pages of paperwork now - therefore, it's easier not to bother as the staff simply don't have the time.
Well the only solution is to keep them permanently locked up. And I mean permanently. No TV. No phone. No video games. No visitors. Let them ****ing rot.
