Whats the matter the truth hurt? People are prepared to pay more to live in a vibrant, growing capital city, with great facilities, a City that made the list as one of the top ten cities in the world to visit, than they are to live in swansea, that is a fact........even the attraction of premier league football can't redress the balance, people tend to think long term when looking to buy houses, the fact that for a season or maybe two they can go and watch the local team getting turned over on a regular basis is hardly likely to influence their decision. It's about supply and demand people want to live in Cardiff so house prices are relatively more expensive, people don't want to live in swansea so prices are cheaper. To bring it even closer to home people would rather live in Ely, even with it's social problems than they would Bonymaen. It's a fact of economic life, (and the fact that you seem to lack the sense to understand it won't change it) that people will pay more to live in areas where the facilities, employment prospects and infrastructure are better.
