    Today's sad news puts all we talk about our respective teams; the groans, moans, adulations of our players into perspective. Many of us have our own stories of the curse of cancer; but today is truly sorrowful. All my thoughts today are with Rio, his family and their friends.

    Had a lump in my throat when I heard this story. Just completely devastated for Rio and their family. I can't comprehend the pain he must feel but I hope he gets the strength from their 2 children to keep going.
