Rio's legs went' long before Vidic's and Vidic realised this season he needs to play at a slower pace to stay at the top of his game, so he went to Italy. Rio will struggle now to play at this level but can probably offer a lot on the training ground, maybe he'll be looking at a back-up role at his next club. He's got a lot of other 'projects' on the side nowadays so I can see him being comfortable with a bit part role which will help him get his badges and in return he can help out some of the younger lads.

Coming from a side who's supporters are defending the signing of the 35 yr old Matt Upson who has won absolutely F-All ?

You point has no credibility mate..even if i agree with it <doh>

Edit...I do mean in relation to Rio's medal tally !
