True, but then he will have a super expensive lawyer who can spin it however he wants. To be honest it's a bit of a joke it's being tried in the courts - means all he has to do is show reasonable doubt, whereas every other sportsman has balance of probability. Contador's just been banned for two years by CAS on balance of probability, and yet they need to prove it beyond reasonable doubt just to hand Terry a £2,500 fine <doh>
