Gooch is due back next weekend, and has been outstanding this season and doesn’t deserve to lose his place.

But Hume has been brilliant and doesn’t deserve to lose his place.

who plays?

for me it has to be Hume. Hes earned his right to keep going and I think clearly had a higher ceiling than Gooch. He could make that position his own and play there in the Premier League for us.

And Goochy with his work rate will be one hell of a versatile, experienced sub option off the bench. The role I was hoping O’Nien would play before he became a world class centre back

It’s a long season so I’m sure Gooch will come back in and get a long run of games at some point. Then we just need to work out how Huggins gets game time

Hume starts RB and id play gooch at lb - played there a few times and done well there.

Id move onien back to cb with ballard. Wright has done well but swansea have good movement upfront n a bit of pace and thats what wright struggles with
Be tempted to go 3 at the back with O'Nien and Ballard either side of Batth (assuming he's fit)

Alese might be back next week, would he come straight back in with Ballard and onien at LB? Wonder whats up with Cirkin, not on bench today.
