I am sick of people complaining about Richardson , he has tried to fill any positition he has asked to fill. if sess had been asked to play in the backs how would he have doe ?, Richardson has done shat has been asked of him by any manager so leds get behind him. Mclean and Richardson are now forming a partnership so lets support them.
Whatever anyone says Richardson gives his all for the club so lets get behind him and show the appreciation he deserves for doing any job on the pitch that the Bruce/Mon asks of him
He is the total versatile player that we need , he can play naywhere

You are correct but I thought he was poor tonight.

thought he looked really good the last two games but tonight looked abit dodgy at times, great to have him in the squad with his ability to play in most positions and as you say he gives his all for the club and doesn't complain about being moved all over the shop.

Im one of his biggest critics due to the fact he's jack of all trades and master of none, and our possesion always seems to be lost whenever the balls passed to him. Fair play though he's been one of our best players the last few games!

Apart from tonight!

he had been told tonight to push forward an d therefore reliwd on Mclean to support him. Mclean supported him and as a piar they looked good.

McClean wasnt at the races tonight, but to be fair Boro done their home work on him and doubled up!
Them two do have the potential to cause alot of teams a problem down that left flank though!

I like him, and when I said he was ****e on another thread, I was taking the piss out of MR. Long running bit of banter!

... he can play naywhere

My thoughts exactly, this Saturday I expect him on the bench

Not good enough and nowhere near good enough for any top 6 side, so if we want to progress ...besides, when Bridges returns to form, not even Jesus will get him into the team

The lad needs longer studs, looked like Bambi on ice at times. I thought that the young lad up front for Boro had a good game, was his name Main?

I have maintained for some time that I think Richardson is a terrible left back. Absolutely nothing has happened in the past 18 months to change that view. He is a pretty poor full back.

Now, I don't dislike the lad at all and have also said that he should be used in a left sided midfield role or in the Sessegnon role, where his pace and eye for goal would be better used.

No matter how you feel about the lad on a personal basis, defending the indefensible helps no one. Wayne Bridge has to be played sooner rather than later imo.
