He previously worked at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Analyst in the investment banking division and in the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Special Assistant to the Secretary of Commerce Robert Mosbacher during the first Bush Administration.

Sounds dodgy as hell! Not the kind of background I look out for. However, whether or not he will be good for QPR's finances, I cannot say.

I wonder if there could be some kind of partnership/relationship between QPR and FC Cincinnati.

Why? His background is not that different to any of the other owner/directors. Is that dodgy?

Pretty low profile bloke. Of course he’s enormously rich through the sale of a company he inherited from his Dad, but not rich on a Mittal scale by any means. Or even on a Fernandes scale of yesteryear. If he has committed to part funding our ongoing gap between revenue and spending, we should be politely welcoming.

Local boy from Dartmouth does good - seems very small fry (within both FC Cincinnati and Cincinnati Reds) for across the pond.
Be interesting to see what he brings to the table that the rest of the board don’t. Can’t (obviously) see anything right now.

I think that’s Dartmouth College, Vermont, rather than Devon…..
