Yes even aussie R's are entitled to an opinion on here, they'll let anyone in here.:emoticon-0105-wink:

I've always looked at it like this, Uncle Tony has backed all his managers to a different degree.

Warnock, Given small funds to late in the window to do any good business. When we did want a player, we panicked and offered good wages and long contracts but didn't pay a lot in transfer fees. (Tony wanted to do on the cheap for the first 5 mins)

Hughes, was given the the family gold to do what he wanted. It turns out what he wanted was to try and ruin us and make an even bigger dick of himself than he already was. Given both funds in fees and wages coupled with an agent mate who used him and us to make a few quid. Will take years to undo the damage he was allowed to do. "We'll never be in this position again" - Mark Hughes, good as his word.

Harry, was backed in his first 6 months then Tony seemed to change direction, we got promoted back up because of loans like kranky & morrison. Anyone would get tired of having to scout loan players constantly because the cupboard is bare. Worst of all if the player does well the parent club will always want them back and we go round again. Hung out to dry.(Back to doing it on the cheap)

Warnock has come the closest to doing what was asked of him helped by the fact that Tony wasn't around to **** it up until august after the promotion. that's for another thread though.

Came in saved us from the drop, took us straight up playing good football that scored lots of goals, didn't spend big (in my opinion) and seemed to enjoy it. Felt good there for a while. Sacked while not even in the drop zone. Dignified in his exit. The Bastard.

Don't understand the point about Macca?
