Few bookmakers have odds up on this (Victor Chandler and Paddy Power are 2 I know). Jeff Stelling is quite a good price at 5/2 and I think he is an absolute shoe-in to take over and he was doing the Carling Cup game on Wednesday night.

He's the second favourite behind Ben Shepherd who I don't think has a chance in hell!
 
I'll be amazed if it isn't Jeff Steling, ben Shepard shouldn't be anywhere near Sky's football coverage imo, there were some rumblings about Gaby Logan taking over, i think that was tongue in cheek though.
 
Jeff should have it, and then move the guy that does the mid week soccer specials in for the Saturday ones.
