I now love this man...
Anyone who uses the term "jammy bastards" in an official statement is good in my books.
The guy is a nutter, you've got to love him for it though. Stuck by his principles through thick and thin.

Yeah, this. His F1 team hasn't done amazingly either, last in the Constructors' two years running and he's just sold it off to a Russian car firm to cut his losses
Still love the blog though
He also got out of the retail market in UK & US before the arse fell out of the market so he knows when to cut his losses. Maybe sold the F1 team so he can have a cheeky punt on us though

It would take forever to explain the budget cap at his F1 team, but suffice to say that was part of the reason why they finished last two years in a row.
I would definitely say given his business sense he's unlikely to be a guaranteed improvement on Ashley. But he's good at PR, so if he wants to invest a little bit more money I have no problems
