It's definitely not true now.

A swap deal involving Rhodes was never an option though. Rhodes has already played for Huddersfield and Blackburn this season.

Weird how it turns out, Id have been delighted to get that fee but am quite happy hes staying now because we didnt get PO, so Blackburn didnt get DJ because we refused to loan WBA Hoilett.

Agreed Flyer. Only downside for me in the end was potentially losing Faurlin but we've kept Mackie & DJ which is ok.

Faurlin had to go in an attempt to get game time he has lost a lot recently everyone knows that ... Jenas refreshed Box to Box must be a better risk for the run in.

We have strengthen our squad and that had to be a good thing. I have one baby regret and that was the downturn in Cisse's attitude because of whatever factors. He has score goals than man

before the window opened I would have been happy with a good CB and a good CF. But that was before Nelsen and Cisse left. starting XI now looks stronger, but I would have been happier with a bit more depth in these positions.

I thought Harry said it was Hoillett that rejected the loan, rather than the club refusing to agree to it.

Anyway, for better worse, all is done and dusted now, we have to live with this squad of 25 - hopefully both Hoilett and DJ will play a part over the coming months in staving off relegation - heaven help us with the current wage bill if we do go down.
