Some awful decision making so far by England. What a sorry bunch....
Said last match, the top order is a mess. Burns is the only batsman to do anything worthy of selection thus far in the series.

They had a chance to change it for this test, don't know why they didn't. A draw was hardly a great result when it was only the rain that saved them..
Its the batting that is constantly letting England down and in turn it puts alot of pressure on the bowling.

And this was the morning the Ashes were well and truly lost. Wtf was Stokes wafting over there for on a morning like this? :embarrassed:

Labuschagne has been a fantastic deputy for Smith............having said that he's been run out <laugh>

He scored 80 and the lead is 349

Why wasn't he starting before Smith got injured?

I don't really follow cricket or anything but he's been their best batsman since Smith got injured yet he doesn't get into the team if Smith isn't fit??

Not sure, hadn't heard of him. More a squad player?....he's no youngster at 25 but he bowls a bit too. An all rounder apparently

Denly should open the batting next match. Drop Roy down to the middle where he can have a bit more of a go. Need to find a 3 so that Root can play 4.
