Until May, then after that......plan and make a sensible decision for long term.
That or get Martinez back, at least we scored goals
lol i still can't believe you believe martinez was a good manager. He was an absolute clown for 2 years and was terrible. 1 bad year fair enough, 2 and he went into Brenton Rodgers territory.
I guess each to their own
But at least we scored ****ing goals!
He was so much of a joke he turned a Moyes sub into a £50m defender. Would love to have seen what he would have spent £150m on.
At the moment we couldn't find a clean sheet in a launderette mate so one against you lot is massively unlikely I reckon we will struggle to keep it under 5 tbh...I can predict the score now
0-0 everton delirious with joy
There are still many games to play any good manager can keep Everton up apart from big Sam. Everton are going for him because of his reputation.

turned him into a 50m defender cause city were dumb enough to pay it. He was diabolocal for a season and a half for you. It's why he was switched in and out by pep last season.
As for scoring goals he got 61 goals (for some reason i thought it was much higher, maybe cause you finished so high in the table and maybe more attractive football)
In his second and third season he got 48 goals and 59 and i remember being bored watching you guys play, hoof to lukaku or just pass it around in pretty triangles at the back. I think its summed by that koeman got you 62 goals in his debut season and is generally remembed to be more pragmatic than adventurous.
I think given the resources, Fat Sam could surprise a few people. He's the poor man's Mourinho / LVG
Do you think we look even remotely capable of 40 goals.
So far, £50m looks like money well spent on Stones. Not bad for an overlooked gamble on Moyes part.
A winnerI think given the resources, Fat Sam could surprise a few people. He's the poor man's Mourinho / LVG

Let him spend for a striker.
Then what budget he was promised for the summer.....let him spend it or pump him and get the No.1 target
Well considering you've been absolutely diabolical and haven't looked like scoring you are on track for 38 goals so i think that really puts the 48 goals to light.
As for 50m on stones, not really for what you could have got back in the day. I wouldn't even buy him for 50m now in this outrageous market let alone for that value and his skillset in the past.
That's besides the point anyway as you said Martinez developed him into a decent CB when actually he was abject.
Let him build a side. He got Bolton playing half decent football towards the end of his reign. People like to take the piss out of him and rightky so but I think people also realise he knows how to organise a team
That’s like saying Pickford is abject because he has a **** team in front of him
not really. You can see Pickford is pulling off great saves and not really at fault for most of the goals. Stones on the other hand kept making big mistakes and directly the cause of the goals. I think it sums it up that he's not been a regular England centre back and that the likes of Jags and Cahill are ahead of him
The one thing he will do is drive out those who don’t follow his rules. We have many who should have gone in the summer.
Just shipping out Williams and Mirallas would be a great start.
