Do you reckon tights would count, it's just that I don't want to ruin a pair of socks, though I better eat some dry food stuffs first to prevent seepage

 

I think there's probably a thread for this. I know what IBS is, but I'm not sure about ICP.

I found licorice is brilliant and is a natural stomach lining mender!! also absorbs excess gas. Try it. I **** you not!! Use deglycerized licorice to avoid the squits

I only suffer with spicy things so its quite easy to avoid, I just chose not to

 

Either way that stuff repairs the stomach lining, can't be bad
