I thought wed have the worst kit by far but Liverpool and saints are worse and i haven't seen many of the others.
Ours is just dull, there's no design, boops, stripes and plain.

Readings looks like it was done by a 14yo art student. As does the Liverpool away,

I'll cope with the kits this season after seeing the Scottish tog for the Commonwealth games.....There are some appalling kits this season, has anyone seen the Man U kit with Chevrolet sponsor on the front....geez looks like a peel off label....looks awful. At least saints have returned to their traditional stripes so it's an improvement on the Adidas offerings of the last couple of seasons.

I honestly thought that nothing would be worse than the Liverpool 3rd strip of last season, the one with the odd socks, but they have out done themselves with that black/red kit.....

Greenock Morton's new home kit, also by Nike, looks familiar...

Those were all released after ours, add in Liverpool and reading and thats at least 5 worse ones.
    That's Fulham's home kit.

On kits I can't understand why a goalkeeper's kit is not the brightest range available (flouroesque etc)...this makes them visible same reason why workmen on the side of the road don't wear green/kaki lo-vis vests. I had my junior team change all keepers jerseys to bright orange/yellow each time they are renewed. If only for to occasional time it will catch a penalty takers eye while trying to focus on ball and where he wants to place it....seems simple enough.

On outfield jerseys I particularly don't like stripped or hooped jersey with big blank spaces for numbers on them for supporters...not a fan of adults with players names/ numbers unless they play for the team. I have about 30 or QPRs of various designs dating back to the Adidas once just before shirt sponsorship. The one jersey I regret buying is the one with a big white circle on the back of a hooped jersey, it would have been my favorite one otherwise. Can the number people not supply a white background with the number so you get full hoops if you don't want a number and the number is legible if you do?

Alternating wide. narrow B&W hoop are fine, I would introduce maybe one black hoop right at kit sponsor/ badge level on on season's kit. White kit looks pretty good. Hopefully the red in the away kit won't the magenta my fading LCD screen is showing me nor that washy red Liverpool now use...if it is the same shade at AC's it would look good if it has a number printer on it.

A plus will be that the Nike logo might survive more washes than that Lotto felt/ velour logo which shrivels badly after a few washes.

I had an orange top and socks when I played in goal. The theory is is puts off the opposition.

The other side is then forward knows where you are without even looking and thus makes it easier to place the ball around the goalie.
