    I think we've all aged a decade in footballing years in the past twelve months Roller. In fact we haven't had much to sing about for the last two years. That's why it's imperative we get off to a good start against Sheff Wednesday, otherwise the despair felt among our support will seem too weak a word.

    Good spot mate. I think the physical and emotional, rather than financial, investment I put into last season for nearly no return has knocked me off kilter. Never fear, normal service will be resumed, every game is a new start, there is something interesting or at least funny in even the most abject defeat and it should not be taken too seriously. Plus, one day, we will see a QPR playing in the QPR style in the right league. Perhaps even within my lifetime.

    I'm off to see weds v Glasgow Rangers tonight

    I'm hoping weds are completely useless and their striker is in the Big Leon category

    Weds looked ok. Talk around the ground about signing chopra & lita before they play us
