2 ACL’s I think, now it’s hamstring, which apparently are susceptible after an ACL operation. Very sad
ive just got over torn knee tendons /ligaments caused by fall in late APRIL got through it with 140 paracetamols! still stiff but needs exercise my walk is with stiff knee joint so sort of has a limp can still run 100yds in 49 secs though ..... lol

there was a couple!!! My fastest recorded time was at school aged 16 100 yards in 12.9 secs, at aged 18 at rugby it was down to 12.3 ... 220 yards I was always pretty quick [ but felt sick /dizzy everytime I crossed the line [ lasted about a minute! ]. usually around 27/28 seconds
