I tried a Tobermory Tatty once, It was basically a huge lump of sugar, brown on the outside to look like a potato. ;Other Scottish treats are macaroon bars ( chocolate and coconut) and Edinburgh rock, which is basically sugar. Tablet is the Scottish equivalent of fudge, but slightly more sugary and less buttery.
My son gave me some Tablet - very sweet but very nice :emoticon-0115-inlov

If Football Clubs were a tin of Quality Street, Millwall would be the hard ones that no-one likes.
Charlton would be the red ones with the soft centre.
