    I see that Harvey Knibbs....who had been mentioned as a possible Argyle target...has moved to Reading on a free from Cambridge.

    This is the same Reading that has been fined points and are literally penniless...I can only assume that we didn't want him......Reading at the moment can't afford to pay the tea lady let alone players.....so what's going on there then.

    BirminghamLive are stating that Argyle are trying to get Finn Azaz back on a permanent deal.....Azaz turned out in a Villa friendly against Walsall recently.

    Ex Cambridge 13 goal striker...Sam Smith seems to be the target of Reading and Argyle.....the feeling seems to be that broke Reading have the edge having just signed Smith's ex-team mate Harvey Knibbs.

    The Whittaker Saga...Chapter Umpteenth.

    Swansea beat Swindon 5-0 in a friendly yesterday.....the Swansea squad had no place for Whittaker......talk at Swansea amongst fans is that they brought him back last January to sell him....but that they where to rigid on his value and Rangers went elsewhere recently to fill there requirements.....they think he might be on the way back to Argyle.

    Part exchange maybe but would be shocked if it was one for one. The rumour mill is working overtime on Whittaker coming back permanently though. Is this one of those cases of no smoke without fire actually being a fire........ We wait with baited breath.

    I've just seen a photograph of Morgan Whittaker standing by a football pitch surrounded by green seats holding.... a green and gold football shirt with his name on it.

    INCOMING.

    Not yet announce but Morgan Whittaker has been pictured this morning at Home Park in a No 10 shirt.

    Also talk of a record fee being paid for him of £1 million.

    Announcements are generally these days mid-afternoon....so probably before 4pm.

    Whittaker has now got a lot of hype to live up to with the continual talk on Argyle website about him.

    Since returning to Swansea in January.....Morgan has generally only had bit parts at the end of games and not really shown much hope of being a goal scorer.

    Let us hope that the green army will not pressurise him too much and allow him to fit into the style that Schumacher needs from him.

    It said £1 million plus add ons....I hope Swansea don't benefit too much....they hadn't helped his career in the last six months.
