Hang on a cotton pickin minute there musky. That isn't quite the full story is it. He only played for those two clubs because of international reasons/work permits that he could'nt play at a higher level. You make it sound as if that is all he could achieve. Don't tell me, you are underwhelmed............there would be no shock there.

Yes, that’s it. Hasn’t really worked has it?

To use a current example, how has a change of ownership at Newcastle allowed them to vault from bottom to top of the EPL in a very short time? They were always well supported and re-distribution of TV money lags performance. To be fair, they’ve appointed a very good manager but that option was always available to them.

This contrasts with Man U and Liverpool, serial winners and fanatically supported, with big TV revenue because of their past successes. They’ve slipped down a notch and have owners who look at their clubs as business investments, not play things for the super-rich

Coincidence? I don’t think so and it’s proof Financial Fair Play isn’t working.

Well. Anderlecht are a club to reckon with in Europe as well as domestically so give the man a chance.

Argyle said they’d been looking at several
strikers, not just one. He’s 6ft 2 and Argyle say he’s athletic, can run in behind and can play in several positions. The only area where perhaps he’s an outlier is that he’s 26, a bit older than many we’ve bought in, but he’ll do for a 2 year contract.

Argyle haven’t let us down in recent years, let’s give them and the player a chance.

Not so much underwhelmed more puzzled about this one.

    Played 10 times for Anderlecht...no goals....loaned to Copenhagen..14games...1 goal.....loaned to AGF..22games...3 goals.....loaned to Andorra (Spanish Div Two)...28games..3 goals.

So 7 goals in three seasons can Steven Schumacher see something in this player that no other manager has been able to unlock....if so he will become a genius.

Also noticed that Sam Cosgrove left Birmingham on a free to Barnsley clocked at 12.15 am
