English football since 1998. Did have to spend a good 5 mins or so going back through my old posts to find the answer though (I did the initial research back on the 29th October). By the way, it is also now 69 league games and counting where we've taken the lead during the match (either going 1-0 up, 2-1 up or 3-2 up) and not subsequently lost.
Neither are you. You're the ones harping about how great you apparently are. Every team has had fans convinced they're going to beat us, only 2 have so far and we would have won them had their keepers not had worldys. I look forward to watching the new Barcelona (Bristol City apparently) if their fans are to believed, tomorrow.
I'm old enough to drive, but I don't, I'm a student at Uni in Bristol so driving is off the agenda for now. Plus I can't drink and drive can I...
Pessimist..! I've a feeling there's an Away game coming up with a total shut out, so 2-0 Saints. Actually, I might be cheating on the Saints scoreline. Perhaps its time for that cricket score. Hey, you can't accuse me of being a pessimist, can you..?
Having nearly 2,000 post doesn't mean you're a sad **** who sits on your computer all day long ya know
Yeah it told us all we had a know nothing manager and decided to act according and get one with experience
Bristol will finish around mid table now they have a decent manager I reckon. As for tomorrow im going for a draw, obviously if we wanna stay top and win the league we should be winning these kind of games, just not too confident for some reason!
i think you also have to accept that this isn't one sided, both sets of fans seem to have gotten a bit ahead of themselves, and both seem to be confident of victory.
Which is interesting because City are suddenly an increased danger when they go a goal down. We have recently developed (due to our wonderful new manager) an ability to step up our game to a point where most Championship clubs will not be able to handle us. What makes tomorrow so interesting is a) Southampton are not currently yer average Championship side 2) Its another chance to see the current most exciting team in the Championship - Bristol City c) Maynard, Adomah, Kilkenny, Cisse, Scuze (!), etc... watching an exciting and powerful new force take shape in English football ie McInnes 2 teams who play great football - should be one helluva good advert for the Championship
"i think you also have to accept that this isn't one sided, both sets of fans seem to have gotten a bit ahead of themselves, and both seem to be confident of victory" yea but I never thought it was one sided! Some of your fans with there look at where you are attitude may be in for a shock! but maybe not eh?
