[QUOTEUnfortunately you are dealining with forelock tugging numptys on here good sir ][/QUOTE] well, thats life on the net my man-- you know that old saying...empty vessels make the most noise.....
Public flogging of these ragheids is the only fair retribution. Let them be beheaded outside some ****ty mosque and interview the perpetrators after. Sounds like jolly good fun to me.
Perception of serving one's country or actually serving it? How is a guy who travels half way around the world to invade another country and pillage their resources serving his country as a whole? He is serving his masters and global business'.
Whether you agree with it or not the fact is when a country invades another country thousands of miles away then there will be certain individuals who disagree with it and as a heck of alot of innocent people have died in the conflict this will enrage hatred and as a result said individuals who are easily manipulated will seek out to cause hurt to the armed forces and innocents of the invading country, we would do the same if we were invaded....nsad but true
Spot on Brady but the majority will be swayed into believing the a British uniform deserves instant respect regardless of what is carried out by those who wear said uniforn. Dead Paddys or Pakis is explained away and dead Brits are fawned over. It's pathetic and a serious charachter defect of most Anglo's
Afghanistan doesn't have any resources to pillage mate, absolutely **** all except rocks and goats. But the rights and wrongs of being there (or in Iraq, or Sierra Leone, or Ireland) are decided by politicians. Those who serve in the forces go where they're sent, and have they have my respect and gratitude for the risks they're willing to take on my behalf. Even if I don't agree with them being there.
I'm pretty sure the west wanted to run an oil pipeline through Afghanistan and the Taleban refused. The Brits/Yanks invaded and hey presto... I've never trusted a man who gives unconditional respect anyway, respect should be earned.
That's the most common sense I have seen on here. Especially those plastic paddies that think it's fair game to blow up innocent men, women and children. Hypocritical ****stains. I am totally non violent myself and don't get dragged into nationalistic bullshit as I know what is right and what is wrong. I'm just a simple country loon looking to enjoy life and be amenable to all. Anyone that says different I'll kick their ****s in.
Well the ****in Taleban should have dun wot they were telt. Being serious for a second I disagree with you about respect. I'm of the view that respect is a privilege you afford to someone until they prove they are not worthy of it. Never understood that "respect should be earned" thing. Basically, that view is that you respect no one until they prove they are worthy of it. That's the wrong way round in my opinion.
Quite so. Batter every other **** into submission and we can all live in peace and harmony. You know it makes sense.
