I never said he was wrong Stu. I've never mentioned him.

Paolo does get final say on incomings. from targets provided to him scouted and picked out by the recruitment team. It's like a restaurant isn't it? Paolo doesn't decide what's on the menu, but he picks what he wants from the menu. He knows he is going to like a lot of what's on the menu because he knows it's made from fresh ingredients, prepared and cooked by very capable hands, they're giving him options on all the types of food Paolo wants to eat . That's why he goes there. Now and again he might fancy something that's not on the menu so asks for something special, weather or not he gets it entirely depends on the discretion of the chef and the policy of the restaurant owner.

As for outgoings? It's naive to think he has the final say on all sales. Every player has a price and any club chairman has the right to accept the offer if they wish. It's their decision to make.

Oh and stu, sorry i couldn't explain it better then a cut and paste. You must forgive me.

Transfer window isnt even open yet. PDC is adding depth to the squad at the mo. With the potential departures of MIG and Sess I think the 2,3 or 4 quality players will follow then. I am sure PDC will have identified possible targets a long time ago. Hopefully Margaret Byrne, Di fanti etc and the team are working away in the background.
Would love to get a big name in who no one's mentioned.

i think cest he has already had day one , and up to day eight, and he saved us from relegation didnt he , lets have a wager safc will finish higher this season under pdc than the place which they finished under oneil in his first season , nothing silly like other wagers on here , ten quid to great ormond st childrens hospital if thats ok ., internet hand shake
 
by the way cest he is not my man at all , they are your words, but he or any body else will do in place of mon.
