Looks like a few people are having bother. I always sort the tickets for away games and cup games and they were all automatically there and selected in the list for our season card seats when I logged in.Have to say… The ticket office app thing is stupid. I have my dad and my son in my network, could only get my ticket as I’m pre approved. Really badly set up.
got mine and the boys sorted. Dad has had to sort his own
Doesn't look like it....Are bcb tickets £15
Indeed, yet there’s someone on twitter who said “I’m not paying £15 of my money to watch a team with no strikers” then goes on to blame KLD for effectively not spending millions!!Canny prices.
Yeah everything is set correctly. I got Wembley tickets using it. Just seems it’s not set up for home games. Utterly ridiculousLooks like a few people are having bother. Do you have the right permission to 'manage' tickets on their behalf?
It's horrific trying to click the blue dots on a mobile phoneYeah everything is set correctly. I got Wembley tickets using it. Just seems it’s not set up for home games. Utterly ridiculous
Yeah couldn’t get the people in my network though. I’ve told my Dad he’ll have to sort his own! It's horrific trying to click the blue dots on a mobile phone
When you login, is there a red dot next to the little person icon....mine was in there listed and all people in my network were already selected to but their season card seats.
Hopefully he get his own seat sorted.Yeah couldn’t get the people in my network though. I’ve told my Dad he’ll have to sort his own!

I think it will be a very entertaining evening of football tbh. For £15 a ticket it will be a canny night imo. Hopefully as many fans can get there as possible all things considered with the way finances are these days. Most I know who are ST holders are going and a lot of them don’t usually bother with cup games. It’ll be interesting to see the seating plan when ST seats are released for general sale tomorrow afternoon…
Probably does not go anyway. He is well snookered if he has a season ticketIndeed, yet there’s someone on twitter who said “I’m not paying £15 of my money to watch a team with no strikers” then goes on to blame KLD for effectively not spending millions!!
Same here. I know a load going who don’t normally, especially when we’re on TV too. Most I know who are ST holders are going and a lot of them don’t usually bother with cup games. It’ll be interesting to see the seating plan when ST seats are released for general sale tomorrow afternoon…
Glad I could help mate. They don't make it easy sometimes, do they?![]()
Definitely not.... especially if your not totally great tech wise
All sorted....was as per the instruction....I just thought they needed to be in your network same way they do for away tickets....don't get the difference

It's been mentioned before at the fans group meetings how **** that ticketmaster site is. No doubt its on Steve Davisons 'to do' list, which must be a mile long by now.I presumed that also. I contacted ticket office about it and got an auto-reply telling me to expect a reply within in 3-5 days, so just had a mess around hoping I’d be able to manage it somehow and noticed it had that ‘MANAGE tickets’ option. I’ve never noticed it before, it’s always been ‘ASSIGN tickets’ before that.
