You can add rep to people you see fit. The star under your profile to the left. It's a way too increase the size of your E-Penis.

It's used in a lot of other forums. If you like what the user posted, you give them positive reputation this can be done by clicking the star below their rep power. The more reputation they get, the higher their rep power will be . Having higher rep power will allow the person to give more reputation to others. So rep me for this post :)
 
Could a rep power rating go down as well as up? In a sort of hero to zero type fashion.
Example, a man posts under the pseudonyn "I'm the worlds greatest manager,what else can I say"(rep power =10)
How would that man reduce his rep power to zero?
