Beneath your avatar you will see "Rep Power"
Also, beneath each comment there is 'Star' icon. If you click on this [on some-one else's comment] you can 'approve' or 'disapprove' of the comment. There is even a box there if you wish to comment as to why you approve or disapprove.
I would urge that we all make use of this service as, in time, it will help to distinguish genuine posters from the WUMs
