Anyone know if David McIntyre has had anything to say about this? Sometimes the Italian and French reports turn out to be lost a bit in translation, although this one does appear to have a ring of verisimilitude about it
I'm glad he's gone. We didn't let him go he wanted to go and there was very little we could do. He was just waiting to see if we were the worst option he had. I hope he gets splinters on the bench at Chelsea and they never win again.
I don think many of us honestly believed he was going to be with us this season did we? We may have hoped and wished for it but most of us accepted it the day he moved to Newcastle. Cant blame him for trying but make sure he gets a **** welcome when we play them please
Verisimilitude is a philosophical concept that distinguishes between the truth and the falsity of assertions and hypotheses. The problem of verisimilitude is the problem of articulating what it takes for one false theory to be closer to the truth than another false theory. - in case anyone was confused..
What does that means for those of us on this planet then? Can you do a "dumbed down" Australian version too please... No long words with more than 2 sylabols. Thanks (Now there is a challenge ) EDIT: Yes i know i spelt it wrongly BTW
Oh today just gets better and better. I know we can't stop him leaving, but the timing is dreadful. So much for him being a good lad and not leaving us right at the end! Our squad was weak a couple of weeks ago, and now we thought it was sorted everything is up in the air again just days before the window closes.
There has been no late approach for Loic Remy from Arsenal - and QPR are doubly confident their striker is staying with the club. Harry Redknapp earlier supposed the £10m Frenchman was unlikely to quit the club days before the transfer window shuts on Monday, but was doing it with fingers crossed. Remy made it plain he would only leave Hoops for Champions League football and after his protracted move to Liverpool broke down, the odds on a club coming in for him shortened until Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud broke his leg against Everton last weekend. However, Redknapp believes he has kept his man, at least until the next transfer window in January. He said: “As far as I know, there has been no offers for him, and we’re hoping he’ll be here. “Arsenal have had plenty of time to come on if they wanted to come on, and nothing’s happened.” Keep up to date with all the action on transfer deadline day right here on GetWestLondon By Paul Warburton 29/08/2014 Last Updated: 22:30 http://www.getwestlondon.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/qpr-boss-no-late-bid-7690126
Odd the way that article talks about Arsenal and doesn't mention Chelsea.... I think there's a few more hair pin bends ahead
Should of had a replacement ready as we knew he would go, but we didn't. Should of added a few clauses in the contract like leaving in the last week doubles the release clause, But with Fail B learning the ropes at our expense there was never going to be a moments common sense applied to this scenario. Sign him and we'll wing it is the club motto, has been for years. Can we get someone with some experience to write up these ****ing golden contracts in future please. Tony will likely blame the fact that Fifa 15 wasn't available. Lets stop signing players that don't want to play for us eh? If that means a lot more homework before we find another Sinton or Sir Les the so be it. This morning I saw Tony say he doesn't think Remy will leave us. This evening a Remy made a mug of uncle Tony. Or Tony is treating us like mugs. you decide.
I am like so so so literally grateful and really really really like honest I read this article ... It was like an article if you know what I mean
