Lmao, relax. If you stopped trying to paint everything in such shades of black and white (no pun or anything of the like intended) then you would probably understand why some of us are willing to give pardew a level of support.

 

I ain't a bit fan of Pardew and don't think he's the long term option for us at all but at the end of the day he's here to stay.
As a club we are stronger than we were and we are finally starting to build a squad capable of holding it's own in the transfer market.
I'm looking forward to starting afresh in August, watching the new faces settle in and cheering the lads on.

Aye acs I also wish we could get better, but as you infer were stuck with cashley etc at the moment and pards has done pretty well when given the personnel. Personally I won't expect some fantastic start to the season these players may need some time to work each others games out and settle in as you say..but if we do get the striker/rb we need, along with these exciting signings we have got(siem, cabella) ill be expecting a level of attacking and pleasing football that shows were progressing

Until the hawks start circling around our promising players at seasons end etc..but such is our lot at the moment.

Don't get me wrong mate, I want us to do well but I just don't think he is the man to lead us forward. Far better managers have lost their jobs in recent years with better records than Pardew. I see him as a fraud, a chancer who should have lost his job long ago and I feel more excuses will still be around the corner next season. That is just the pessimistic bastard side to me I guess when it comes to football.

 

I've heard we got Cabella for around 10/11m EUROS, all in, paid up front (no add-ons). Between £7-8m is the price.

 

If that's true, it's an amazing bit of business. Hopefully leaves plenty in the coffers for a couple of strikers.

What the ****s he doing in Crammy? Gobsmacked. Though I did spot Damien Duff hobbling around Sainsburys in Cramlington once.

 

I was surprised at wilko.. That's a rather cheap place for a Millionaire..

 

Love to have a new player to cheer on. Reckon he is going to be mint! A striker and a CB and I am going to be really looking forward to next season.

He is a good looking fellow.... as TJPF will testify once he removes himself from the Laurel bush outside Cabella's flat.
