Just thought I'd share this, a shrine that me and Ella did for her mum, that sits in the exact spot her bed was. It gives us the sense that she is with us 24/7, I spend so much time in there talking to her. Grief has no roadmap, one day it feels settled, the next it's a tear fest.. You only really know you have loved when you get the grief, a pain that is unexplainable... Happy New Year Lads, you give me a reason to smile in the dark moments..

Ive a wee box i keep my mums stuff in, was chatting to a mate this week and ge was telling me about his gf who's prone to a skitz out, anyways he was laughing about her crazy when he said "you know what i mean mate she just terrorises my life" to which i said "you know what mate since my mum died i dont get any crazy people making my life hell anymore"

We both lold then cos he remembers exactly how batshit she was

Truthfully I miss that batshit crazy tho

 

Remembering Paul aka Hurley Burley, his funeral was 4 years ago today, RIP my good mate and keep an eye on Lollie for me...

 

Truly lovely bloke. I'm sure he's having a whale of a time with Lollie up in heaven!

 

So sorry to hear about Lollie mate, she looked a beautiful lady in that photograph you put on here.
